We had water come up through the floor of our basement for the first time in 25 years. We called a different restoration company first, who gave us a general approach, and a quote for only tearing things up at around $4800. Carpet Rescue Pro came in and took time to evaluate the situation, only taking out what needed to be removed. They used hospital grade cleaning techniques, and were in constant communication about options. They were cost conscious, and got everything handled, including repairs, for about the cost of the other place’s tear down. I would highly recommend you call and talk with John.

If I could give 10* I would, or even 100*!! Sabastian was our technician and he did an incredible job. Not only was he incredibly kind and personable, he was also very efficient and professional.
