A few weeks ago we had water in our basement like so many other people. We called Carpet Rescue Pro and they were over in less then an hour. John assessed our basement and came up with a plan to dry out our basement. I am very handy and was able to remove some of the baseboard trim to assist with the process. We have laminate flooring and John has a large selection of specialty fans to do a complete job of drying out all areas under the laminate flooring. John and his team stopped over everyday to see how the drying process was going and switched out specialty equipment when needed. After a few days a large dehumidifier was brought in to complete the total drying process. We were very impressed with John's team at Carpet Rescue Pro. They are very professional and trustworthy.
